I started using CMS3.exe, version 1.0.0.32 about 1 1/2 years ago and it worked very well. I also started using Topsview on my Android phone at same time and that also worked great.

Since then, nothing has changed with 1 exception; I upgraded to Windows 10 sometime in the last 6 months. Anyway, Topsview works great as always but the CMS3.exe is useless and non-functional and no longer connects to my cameras and DVR. I am using the same login and GID (cloud connection) but the software no longer finds and connects to DVR/cameras. Why? Is my version not compatible with Windows 10. Is there an upgrade?

There are reports all over the Internet for applications that simply refuse to work due to the new Windows 10 upgrade. The simplest solution is an update to CMS Professional to support the new Windows, but that's entirely on the developers.

However, I've checked their website and it appears that a new version of CMS is available and fully compatible with Windows 10 including the 64bit architecture. Use that version if CMS3 is giving you problems.
